Default Will these newer rims fit my older 5'er?

I have a 1989 535i with stock rims and tires 225/60 R15. Looking at a set of rims and tires (for possible use of rims for snow tires) . They came off a "2000 5 series" (as per seller). Any ideas if they will fit?

    Thanks

    Jim

Also how can I tell if the rims are made by BMW or someone else?

They will fit, but you need hubcentric rings. You can get them from tirerack.com
