headlight options?

i know this has had to been discussed, but the search isn't helping me out

so i busted up my front end and now need headlights, among other things. thinking about just getting the regular old depots with eyes.

i also came across these on ebay, any one have them or a pic of them on a car? agh, i don't think i'll get these...

so if anyone knows of any other options, or give me suggestions i'll take them. i'm thinking ebay is the cheapest...

IMO those are nasty and I would never buy them. Too much plastic chrome going on.

i would get the euro hella smiley headlights. there's a guy selling them on bimmerforums for about $200 shipped. if not those, i say stick w/ OEM.

Somewhat related.. Does anyone know anything about those clear lenses? And how to install them, I found a three year old thread sort of about it but it didn't really explain how you get the lenses in. Sounds like it involves destroying the original glass lenses.. wouldn't be worth the trouble
