Blower is in and new connector on sword still no joy

Got the blower in and the new connector on the sword but still the blower will not work. I can jump leads 4 and 5 on the connector/sword and the blower spins nicely. Reinstall the connector on the sword and the blower does not work. Moved the temp switchs and the motor speed switch and still nothing. What do I do now?

Have you checked out the sword itself? That was the problem with my intermittent blower:
