Default WTB exhaust valve for an M30?

My busted rocker arm was accompanied by a knackered valve stem cap.

Gotta replace... anyone have suggestions for where to get single valves? BMA shows $30 or so... never bought valves before, any brands to avoid, etc?

    TIA!

From a place that does cylinder head reconditioning/machining. Should be able to supply new valve or maybe a used one in good condition - some of them save parts from trashed heads as spares. If you buy a used valve make sure it is not bent, or excessively worn on the stem - use a micrometer. Make sure there is still plenty of thickness on the edge of the valve head.
