Sorry it took so long to get it in the mail. I'm guilty of the topic of this thread I kept forgeting to pick up the extras to send you. Can't help you with the buildings in MJ, I've only ever driven through it once. Maybe your mom can lend a hand. Oh, please pm me with your info to refund you for the shipping $$.

    Thanks a bunch again,

As with a lot of things that involve one party being very late, I would try to send a message that says: "If you stop ignoring me about this and want to talk, I won't beat you up about being late".

I know a lot of times people would rather avoid paying something back they very easily can do than face the shame of having to say "Yeah, I was ignoring you for months, here's your ****". Like lots of people that borrow movies or CDs and never give them back because they will have to face you and apologize for bieng a lazy slob.

Your wording in your first email sounds like that, might help if you spell it out. Good luck.

I agree fully, and have been guilty of the movie analogy . And yes, thats what I was going for in my attempts at correspondance with him. I've sent numerous pm's and at least one e-mail to that effect. Very cordial, very cool, "simply let me know if or when you sent the package". Can't get much clearer than that.

Oh well.......llive and learn i suppose. I appreciate all the kind words and advice guys.

    Dave,

I started that thread on the "other BMW forum". Still no response. I've started this thread in off-topic over there, we'll see if that gets any results.

I've also filed a Paypal dispute claim, not sure what the outcome will be there but I can't lose any more at this point.

Let me know if you have any luck-

    Thanks,

    Aaron

PS- Sorry to link to another forum, but I don't think the two really compete for users. I don't spend a great deal of time over here, so admins please edit if any bits of this post are in violation. We're working to solve a common problem on this one-
