    Default My experience replacing the starter in an m50 engine

    <SPAN style="COLOR: black">My buddy has 92 325i (build date 9/91) that has 180k on an m50 Vanos engine. A few weeks ago the starter stopped engaging.

    i pull the intake on e36 325, "sonofabitch is dug in like a alabama tick" - jessie ventura in the movie preditor

    Not good news, having to take the Intake Manifold off just to get at the starter!
