Default what radiator for manual 535i

Hey my radiator has started leaking badly between the side tank and radiator join, is it fixable or do I have to replace it?

Ive had a look on the bma website and they have different radiators for manual and auto, My e34 is manual but i'm not sure if its factory manual and what radiator i would need. How do i tell if i have a radiator for an auto or manual at the moment?

and is it essential to run distilled water in it?? and yes I'm new to bmw's haha

Look at the car's VIN, if it's a US car and the VIN starts with WBAHD13, it's a factory manual car. WBAHD23 is US factory automatic.

Regardless, the difference between automatic and manual radiators is the presence of the transmission heat exchanger, built into the left side tank, on automatic radiators. No need for it on manual cars.

Use distilled water, 50/50 mix of BMW OEM Coolant and distilled.
