    Ya but its more like a rubber type material, very hard to remove and re-stretch.

    It's vinyl with little holes in it, looks retarded IMO, I've got it in my car.

    No US car had full leather door panels. Closest you can get is leather inserts and door grabs/arm rests. I think this was called "extended leather" from the factory.

    Individual and some M cars could be optioned with full leather, including stitched door panels. Usually it's buffalo hide. Sometimes these panels incorporate window shades on the rear panels, but some cars were delivered without the shade package and full leather.

    Bad news is that regardless of what panel you have in the car, it will still delaminate. Full vinyl, leather insert, '95 pillowed leather insert, or fully stitched leather, they all fall apart. Somewhat of a bad design, if you ask me -- the E32 panels seem to be the best at holding up.
