Rear window hatch gear for US third brake light conversion. Trying not to have to buy the whole rear gate too. Friend in LA is quoting $800 for what I need pulled and bubble wrapped. Is that a fair price for bird in hand? He has to get the full rear gate and disassemble it. I really have no time or room to pick apart a full tail gate, though I could use some plastic parts, but aren't these going to be just as brittle and cracked like mine? Are parts car tourings rare?
