Rear window hatch gear for US third brake light conversion. Trying not to have to buy the whole rear gate too. Friend in LA is quoting $800 for what I need pulled and bubble wrapped. Is that a fair price for bird in hand? He has to get the full rear gate and disassemble it. I really have no time or room to pick apart a full tail gate, though I could use some plastic parts, but aren't these going to be just as brittle and cracked like mine? Are parts car tourings rare?

What about just the window hatch with the spoiler and wiring harness/third brake light intact. Packed and shipped to 78703
If it were dark grey I'd take the whole thing for the plastic bits. I really only need parts associated with the brake light.
