I mean the plastic part that says "push" on it and is attached to the seat. I can't leave my seatbelt locked anymore as it's broken. I couldn't find it on realoem.com

Kriss, do a search on Bimmerboard E32, some people had that and it was possible to repair it.
If you cannot find it, give me a sign. I will check again, but I cannot remember who posted it. (Alzheimer or what was it called again?)
Maybe something like seat belt or so should be enough in the search engine.
if it's anything like the plastic housing for the belt recepticle on the m5 it has to be purchased as an entire unit! For purposed of "cover our ass" I'm sure.
you got the wrong diagram...you needed to go down about 9 more lines in the "Main Group" headings...the seat belt diagrams and part numbers are under SEAT BELT and ACCESSORIES: http://realoem.com/bmw/partgrp.do?mo...82&hg=72&fg=05Originally Posted by BigKriss

you shouldnt have to remove the whole seat ! just the bolt that holds the belt receptical- it just bolts ontoseat frame try seat all the way up and foward, just had a look at mine and passenger seat is visable but drivers not so visable !,you might only have to undo the seat bolts and lean it forward maybe if old clip is broken rip it out and "new" clip may just push in- good luck
