    Default rubber thing fell of my car, what is it?

    the other day i backed my car up to work in the garage and this rotten rubber bit was on the ground where the car was standing... the number on it is 1133 671, i haven't been able to find anything using that number though.. does anyone know what it is? it seemed to come from the driver's side (RHD)

    rear lower spring pad. get it fixed!
