OK, using this upholstery code and the color code on it, where can I get a small quantitiy of matching leather color?

On my leather Chesterfield sofa at home, I found that Meltonian shoe polish was fine for covering scuffs and scratches. But, Meltonian does not have the grey (between dove grey and pewter grey) color I need for my BMW 535i seats.

Any ideas?
