    Definately a multimedia device, and not a replacement for I-drive.
    When I say 'multi' and 'media' together, I'm not kidding...
    Hell, it seems to do everything.
    bluetooth, cd/dvd, low energy use, self charging usb... + more I guess.. We'll see what it turns into.

    It's got all kinds of shapes, so maybe it's some kind of BMW integral media system that fits into custom slots in the car someplace...? Like the BMW cell phone...

    i would also guess that it opens the cars and disarms alarm as you approach...did it say self charging?

    looks like they havent figured out a design to me.
