Drivers side headlamp is out but the bulb is OK. LKM?
swapped bulbs from side to side but the left headlamp is out. Could this be a relay on the LKM or similar?

If its lowbeam it could be lkm or it could be fuse, separate fuses for the
lowbeam on your year... fuses 10 and 11... if its high beam then there's only one circuit coming out the lkm and it splits to 2 fuses also.. so if you have a bad lkm relay both highbeams will go out but you have separate relays in the lkm for the low beams... I'd check the fuses first.
