Looks like a leaky valve cover gasket to me. Its not hard to do, just clean the surfaces the gasket touches and don't tighten it much (maybe 10 ft-lbs) Put in some new plugs (just the boring stock copper 2 prong ones) and make sure you tighten those down. It will probably get rid of your rough start and clunking shutdown. Also, check the rubber boots on the coil packs, they can deteriorate if they are flooded with oil, but are cheap to replace.
