Yeah for a moment I thought they were from Victoria too, but in the first shot you can see a blue top 'banner' or bar on the plate, and in the last pic with the car on the tow truck you can see that the plate has 7 characters, the first one being the '1' digit, which AFAIK only WA has on their number plates. VIC plates only have 6 characters, and the first three are always letters (unless the plate is a personalised one)
