The baffle in the cente section in mine has gone and is rattling around. Don't notice it with the windows wound up though Other than that, the section itself is in good nick and I keep putting off replacing it. Now, if I could "torch the internal baffle". I'd get a better sounding exhaust and no rattle. Can someone explain how I, err, torch my baffle? Thanks in advance.....

PS, Not logged in for a while, the old girl has had to take a back seat over the summer but I've had the front bushes and tie bars done and fitted a set of Alpina reps with 225/45/17's (cheaper then a new set of standard tyres )Handles a lot better now, the front end was always a bit nomadic but didn't realise how bad it had got. Have got some new doors and bumbers, will get them sprayed and fitted in the new year.

My Tri-flow sounds great but its a little quieter than I thought it would be and pops a lot off throttle. Pretty sure I've got a leak somewhere, but I haven't cared enough to look for it yet

If the inside of your resonator is rattling about then you'll have to stop it doing that, with a secure fixing device (eg plasterboard fixing), but they are well put together - you ever though of removing it and fitting two straight through pipes in it's place?
