yea that's scott's old rail he's on tdr http://www.cumminsracing.com/ it's in the 7s, he has posted teasers about a new car that will be nastyer, it started with a completely stock 24 valve long block from a wrecked truck, i can't remember how fast he went before cracking open the bottom end but i know for a fact you can get over 800 hp with nothing but studs and o-rings on a stock engine
