Go direct to Hella. You can't buy new full assemblies anymore (not here in oz at least..) but you can buy new headlamp inserts.

Headlamp inserts? I'm assuming this is over the phone, I've looked at Hella's PDF catalogs and found the euro assemblies...but iono where I would order from...I guess I gotta call em...
