Hold on here. Are we talking about two different brands here? I haven't worked with "McCullogh/McCullough" but have worked with McCulloch, ordering directly from them. Either way, where do you see that they are one in the same (with Philips) or utilize their components completely? I'd like to debunk this myth too. If that's the company, then we can have an independant third party verify the item. "Dave M" has them and can attest that they are nowhere near Philips quality or components.

Hmmm........go to Ebay motors, type in "Phillips HID" in the search box....see if those are the same ones you've worked with before.
They look like a quality product.

This is exactly the new gen McCulloch kits (and gen 4) that I had the 'priviledge' of testing.
Certainly no Philips!
So JR, same company? Different? Are we talking of the same?
