I dont see the check valve in the brake booster vaccum tube. Is it built inside our brake boosters?
How difficult it is to change the vaccum tube in the brake booster?
Thanks

I'm 99% sure I don't have a check valve as pictured on my brake booster vacuum line....
Is this why after my engine is shut off I loose power brakes after barely 1-2 pumps of the pedal?

No that is normal, brakes require quite a bit of vacuum to get the assistance they provide. The check valve is a one way valve so that vacuum stays in the booster when the engine isn't making much vacuum (i.e full throttle). If it weren't there, the brakes would get rock hard after you were on the gas.
