Thanks Duey. I was looking for the 17mm hex sockets that Bentley shows. Glad I spent the afternoon looking for one. I'll be returning that later in the week. Plugs were in so tight I had to use my foot to loosen them. I just used a tube that attaches to the mobil 1 bottle and squeezed real hard. worked. Made only a little mess relative to some of my bigger messes

The first time I changed the fluid, I found the drain right away but couldn't find the fill (although I was staring right at it) Mine were tight as well.
I find the bonus to the suction pump is the ability to also clear all the old oil out of the bottom of the filter cannister/holder that doesn't otherwise drain out.
