Do you live in a really dusty area or did some foam insulation bite the big one and move to your heater core? Did a vacuum cleaner get it all off?

Pretty normal area. Nothing underhood as come apart. I assume that is normal usages type of dirt. Much like what you see on the air filter. I used a toothbrush and a vacuum to clean it out. Was VERY gentle as the last thing I wanted to do was puncture that damn thing !
