When doing a 'Save for web' as a JPG the JPG is noticeably darker than the original PSD (RGB color) image along with some color shift.

I'm using Photoshop CS2 and sRGB working space.
Any suggestions? - TIA

I've had this occur previously but can't recall how I fixed it!!
