black leather shift surround and boot
Im trying to decide whether or not to order an Alcantara shift boot and handbrake boot, or to go leather.
I cant find ANY good pics of alcantara in use in our cars so im not sure.
Does anyone have copies of those pics of his?
Any opinions on which way to go.
Ive got black leather seats, dash, doors, black microsuede A and C pillars, parcel shelf, and door cards. Wood trim throughout, e46 wood shifter knob, and a custom wood handbrake handle.
Leather or alcantara (both black)?

Gone but not forgotten
I went with alacantra first, wasn't happy with the drivetrain noise the material allowed through. Got some leather ones and I'm pleased once again.

You could always add a layer of canvas or something behind the alcantara.Originally Posted by ILoveMPower
