PIAA Bulbs

My 1989 535i has stock headlights. The brights are very good but the low beams are awful. Not interested in HID lights.
Any opinions on these Xtreme White and Star White bulbs by PIAA?

Its probably dim because of the pits in your headlight. I'd go buy some Euro Ellipsoids from Hella. any bulb is better with them.

The lenses are fine. Not interested in HID. Unless I misunderstand the PIAA bulbs require no modification to stock headlight system. Do you know if that is correct?

search on 9005/9006 conversion. basicly you put the high beam bulb in the low beam. if the lens is pitted you can use Sims chip guard spary to fill the pits.

im lookin to pick some up myself
the best deal i could find was about $70
