Default Water leaking in passenger side kick panel

There seems to be some water leaking into the car down near the kick panel (where the bottom speaker is). It's been raining alot this week and I just started to notice it. I haven't had a chance to remove the panel yet but I was just wondering if anyone has had a problem like this in the past?

I had some water from one of the sunroof drains in that area. The drain pipe was blocked and the water backed up the pipe. If you have a sunroof you can test the drains by pouring some water into the front drain area of the roof and watch to see it come out from behind the front wheels. It should all flow out within 10 to 20 seconds. On my car the right front drain worked fine, but the left front was almost totally blocked. I unblocked it using a long fine piece of wire that I carefully pushed down the drain. I have heard that steel guitar strings are even better to use.
