You probably dont have the right video codec installed,
Not sure which one it is (but its probably DIVX), but there is a program called " Gspot "
that reads codec information , you can get gspot from:

http://www.divx-digest.com/software/gspot.html

Just install it and load the video init ,,, it will then tell you what codecs (video and audio) you need to download to play it.

If it does turn out to be DivX ...
