    19x10 = 275/30r19 .25 offset
    18x8.5 + 225/40r18 .20 offset

    I doubt it. Do a search in the archives. Offset is critical. I suspect the 19x10 will be an issue. Not to mention how rough the ride must be. Also consider the rear tire wear.
