Sorry fo this not bmw related topic..

I've bought an '94 Renault Espace van. I need to fix the ventilation switch. 2 stands are not working, so I guess the switch need cleaning. But in know way I can get to the switch...

So is there anyone who has done this before, or anyone that can help me with TIS or diagrams/pictures/...
