Must hate to pay for something you could have done yourself. I've had parts department staff at the dealership fumble for parts in the diagram (ETK) when I've had my ETK open on the phone. They're about to sell me something wrong when I ask,
"are you sending me #11 ?"
"Yeah, the muffler bearing you asked for".
"No, I need #14 to the right of it"
The BMA staff ar much better.
