Any vibration is always the result of something being out of balance. Replacing the bushes may damp it down a bit but won't cure the problem.
I've only had this happen once, in that case it was the wheels out of balance. Start with the most likely stuff - tyres and wheels. It's cheap to get them checked.

Def not wheels, brakes, tracking.
Once up on ramp should be fairly easy for the trained eye. Thought it might have been a really common problem with e34s but doesnt look like it from this site.
