Jeff owns headers for an m30?
Anyone ever price out making decent headers from CAD drawings?
There are tons of headers out there for 3-series engines but never for the M30... Unless Jeff or Don want to sell me theirs...
This site has some interesting tools for choosing lengths and diameters:

Shouldn't be to hard to start with an existing 6-cyl design like that shown below and size it for a 3.5 or 3.7 L M30. I'm wondering if anyone has priced mandrel bends... parts are available (tubes, merge, collectors, etc.) and welding I can do myself or have done locally.
These are for an e28 M5:

Heh - I thought YOU said he did... on the track day thread a while back. Thought maybe you gave him yours as a reverse-going away gift.Originally Posted by Martin in Bellevue
BTW - still haven't opened up the package yet... just increased our family by 20% last week and have been a bit preoccupied. Got the truck running though. How's the new pad? Make any new friends yet?![]()
