big waste of time

i was going to add some trans fluid because it has been slippin lately.
then after losening about half the bolts i realized how i was supposed to hold the pan and remove the bolts at the same time. i guess its a two person job.

anyways i went i reverse and tightend up all the bolts.
so when i atempt to do it again what kind of fluid should i use?

after draining it, use your trolley jack with a piece of wood sitting on the saddle (is this the 4l30e on the 525i?) to lower it down (more importantly to put it back up). put a gob of duct tape on the block to keep it sitting if you like.
