    Default 1995 525i Wind Noise

I have excessive wind noise...sounds like I'm driving with the windows open when I'm not !

Taped around front and back windows, trunk lid, sunroof, gas filler lid...all to no avail.

    Any ideas...thx alot in advance

check the weather stripping around the door. Chances are it is cracked!

If not the weatherstripping, check to see if the rear window regulators crapped out and if the rear window is 1mm below fully rolled up. That's what happened to mine. It looks rolled up from the inside, but I was able to pull it up manually 1 whole millimeter and noise went away.

You could also check to see if the wind deflector on the windshield wipers is there. Supposedly a lack of that deflector can lead to a lot of cabin noise.
