Im pretty sure it would be a custom job.
You may want to try a boat builder, they will be very experienced working with CF and FG, and its a really easy job to make panels like this.
An auto fabrication place will charge you a fortune.
The actual materials required wouldnt come to much $.
Carbon fibre sheeting is $50 per square metre here in Aus, and the resin required (use epoxy, not polyester) wouldnt be much for that amount.

take a set of crappy wood to a vacuum form guy and use that make molds to make carbon fibre pieces, if it came out good enough get several made and sell em
