Check with some independent car dealer in your area. There are guys who go around and repair all the upholstry and convertible top problems at these places. I had a cigarette burn in my passenger seat when I got my car. Somebody told me about this guy so I called and made an appointment to meet him while he was at a local used car place one day. He was bleaching the top on a Mustang and repaired my seat while he was doing that. He let me watch and If I hadn't seen it, I wouldn't have believed it! Cost 50 bucks and that was seven years ago. Even today, if I didn't know exactly where the hole was, I couldn't find it. He textured the repair and them matched the color to spray the seat bottom. He did all the work right in the car. Check it out if you can.
