No more vibrations in front, perfect smooth running.

Just one advise, be carefull when you use spring tensioners. We had a very good pro tool but despite of that one side slipped off when the spring was compresssed, luckily no one was hurt.
Stay away from self-made spring tensioners, it is dangerous.

Excellent labour brings great fruit. Nice work Erich. Was it cold or are the gloves just a smart move for taking care of ones hands?

I know in Japan it is frowned on to work bare-handed, but I must say (although I do not make a profession of working on cars) I just can't bring myself to 'use protection', I can't feel if things are right. It makes me drop things and I have trouble using tools with gloves on.

Maybe it is just a state of mind? Nick

I used to use the typical japanese thick cotton gloves.
Now I often use ones which are very thin, they are used for example in dust-free computer chip production factories, very thin, but after even the dirtiest work you have clean hands and no grease under the fingernails.

Just replaced the thrust arms in mine this saturday, what was the symptoms of the wheel bearings or just the look of the seals?

The wheel hub bearing had very slight play. When using the hands on top and bottom and pulling on each side, one could slightly feel it. Of course that has a big impact on vibrations.
We installed it just 2 months ago as new part.
Maybe it was our fault then, as the tightening torque collar nut to stub axle should be 290 Nm.
But my biggest torque wrench is layed out for max. 210 Nm.
This time we lent a bigger one for tightening to 290 Nm.
