Looks like the same one that was supposedly for sale in NYC a couple months ago. Looks fishy, ...no feedback, cashiers check or cash for payment...

oh hell no. it is the one that was supposedly for sale in NY a little while ago. the pictures were stolen from a listing on a legit used car sale site, where they were asking 17k. the pictures now in this current auction look like reproductions of reproductions. crap ass quality. yeech, scammers these days.

They only way to stop these guys is to catch them. If I can find the owner, he could file charges against the guy.

I was curious as to how this dude was going to pull off the scam. Anyway I emailed the guy and asked some general questions. This is his response.

    "Hello,

Thank you for your interest in purchasing my Car.
This is what i think that you will need to know.

I am currently in Canada and i will ship the Car from here and i hope this will not be a problem since i will cover the shipping costs and insurance. Shipping will be done with DAS insured and will take 5 days to reach your address. I will pay all shipping and delivery costs (they are included in the buy it now price).
The Car is in perfect condition as a new one and very well maintained. No damages, no scratches or dents, no hidden defects. The Car will come with all the documents you need to register it (including a clear title wich you will receive included in the package) and i must tell you that it is still under warranty. You will not have any problems with registration because the Car is an US model never registered in Canada.

The buy it now price for my 1991 BMW M5 is $5000 and i want the deal to go through a third party so the both of us will be safe. This is why I chose to be affiliated at eBay. I have with them a purchase protection account for $20,000 US. This money is for refunding my customers in case they are not satisfied with my selling activity. Using a third party as eBay, you will be 100% secure that you will receive your Car. I will be 100% secure that I will receive the payment after you will receive and inspect it.

Please send me your eBay ID , so I let eBay know that you are interested and to add you on my pre-approved bidders list.

I'm waiting for your mail. "

    Yeah right!
    SOLD!
