    Offset is fine. Tires won't fit. You'll need new ones.

    If your car is lowered, then the offset will most likely cause the tyres to rub the guards. I know, because I have M Parallel wheels on my lowered E34 with a 13mm offset all round, and they rub, badly.

    If you use the rear wheels with a 25 mm offset, then the wheel will come very very close to the trailing arm, nut i'm not sure if it will rub or not.

    If your car is not lowered, you may be OK
