electrical problem! (major)

Pre-motor swap: everything was fine with running wipers, power windows, OBC, radio, and whatever else.

after: none of the above...and god knows what else. sometimes i notice the OBC on, which tells me i have power then shuts down after some time and these times are very random. One time, I had the radio on for a few minutes and it would shut down. Another time would be if I tried to lock the doors through the driver side door via central locking system and the electrical would get jacked.

If anyone has any insight on what could possibly be wrong and maybe a fix, it would be greatly helpful.

ps. same motor swap, so it was a direct swap and didn't mess with the wires.

Do a search on "fusible link". This might be part of your problem.
