    Default Ground check

Where would I need to check for ground while having a problem with an instrument cluster? Would it be at the connectors or is this an engine bay type ground? I had an earlier thread for the instrument cluster, but I didn't get an answer for the ground problem. In case you didn't remember, it was a garbled message problem on the lcd. Thanks.

Ground distribution you can find here

I am not sure for the E34, but on the E32 there are 3 (?) under the steering wheel area for that.

Thanks, Shogun. I'll pull out the Bentley manual and confirm.
