Default My engine won't turn over - please help...

My '95 525i automatic (Sept production) won't start - won't even turn over.

Over a month ago, I parked the car in the garage and haven't used it since then. During that time the battery died and when I tried to charge it, it wouldn't charge up to 12V. On Fri I bought a new battery and the engine will not turn over. All accessories work fine and I'm getting 12.5 volts on the starter terminal 30 from the battery, but on the starter solenoid #50 I'm not getting any voltage at all while trying to start it (voltage drop on the battery is .3 volts while trying to start). I checked fuses 1 & 17 they're fine. I checked the fuseable link, the one next to the battery in the little black box. I pulled out the two starting relays which are located above the driverside kick panel and both click when attempting to start it. I also tried my spare keys just in case. I checked for codes and I got 1444. I moved the shifter while holding the key in the start position - nothing. I also tried a different main relay, the one in the Ebox.

I'm starting to pull my hair out and would really appreciate any ideas......
    Thanks.
