Seat issue... not reclining

My 95 525i has a problem with the right front seat. It reclines on the left side but the right side doesn't even try to move. Is it common for fuses to blow out or the little motors to break? It is very uncomfortable to sit in.

Its the cables from the motor to the gear box.


you'll have to locate which cable the trim the jacket.
