    I am flying up this Friday to see some friends & have some work done to Bacon Manor. I'll be driving the m3 back down this weekend.

    Not likely.
    Received the autosolutions ultra shifter today for the m3. It looks good.
    Wish I could find that other guibo already. Also wish there was an ultra race shifter for the e34.

    I'm in Shelton that night, have to be at Bremerton early Saturday AM for a PCA school.

    BTW - you did say "remove the engine mount", correct?

    your car still jonesing for oil? or has it settled down now?

    If you are talking about the headers, yeah, support the motor & pull the pass side mount. Install the rearmost pipes first. Use new copper nuts, or you will rue the day brotha.

    Please, try to keep the oil off the headers.

    Also, please answer Bill's inquiry; inquiring minds want to know.

    about 1qt per 1k. it's gotta be the guides or seals. it's better somewhat with the new bottom end. Not a priority at the moment. If I go after the cam, I'll deal with it.
