Well, I've been trying to figure out how to program this new remote. I've found what looks to be the alarm module (http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts...65&fg=60&hl=23) - under left passenger seat, in front of GM and RM. However, I do not see any place to put the chip found in the remote (which is not the chip I've seen described in most other posts).

I'm quite baffled at this point.
