A couple of things.
1.The fake thing was a running joke that I have as everytime I post something that I've seen on ebay someone always tells me that it is fake and I get almost berated (in a nice way) for not noticing. So now I say that everything that is ebay is fake.
2. If you are after the book why not get it through the link that ed has posted. I hadn't been there before and saw the book 2nd hand so I pounced. There are heaps of pics though most black & white. The pages are glossy though so the pics still look good.
