Seatbelt Tensioner/belt replacement

Has anyone replaced their front seatbelt tensioner/retractor assembly? Mines not been retracting for a year or so, and I'm probably going to tackle it as a project in a few weeks... If you have how much of hassle was it and where did you get the replacement assembly and cost?
