Amsoil has a good chart that shows which type of oils are recommended......You don't have to buy the Amsoil, but it will show the type of oil needed for your application.....
Type in the model year and fill in the info that follows......

Your trans will need a GL-4 and the Diff GL-5 type gear oil..

id recommend a 75w90 for differential juice, make sure its synthetic tho. I am not sure about the trans but read a lot of sucess with MTL.
